About

This London based sunny-pop artist / saxophonist combines pop -sax melodies and poetic lyrics centred around escapism and the concept of 'paradise'. Originally from Dorset, Yasmin has travelled the world throughout her life which has heavily influenced her laid-back music and character whilst being inspired by Jack Johnson, Amy Winehouse and Astrud Gilberto.

Yasmin’s EP "Creases" was released in summer 2016 and put her firmly on the map. The EP includes singles “This is Real”, “Soul in My Shoes” and “Creases” all fused with Stan Getz sax influenced melodies. Produced by Fraser Smith (Shed Seve) at Metropolis Studios, London, “Creases” aired across numerous BBC radio stations including BBC London, BBC Radio Solent, BBC Introducing (London) and BBC Essex.

Still sailing for paradise, Yasmin journey’s on to discover her idea of Utopia and sing it back to the world to share it.
