The Clause, are a 4 piece alternative indie band from Birmingham formed in 2016. They describe themselves as having a ‘60’s swagger, an 80’s groove and a 90’s attack'. There Celebrated Single 'Sixteen' has recently found itself on spotify's mainstream playlists including Hot New Bands and The Indie List.
They've just sold out the institute 2 Birmingham (600 cap) without any management, label, major radio play or festival slots in order to promote there new acoustic single 'Where Are You Now' as well as achieving over 500,000 streams across all platforms. They are also considered one of Birmingham's best new bands by BBC Introducing West Midlands who play them frequently each week.
There infectious indie, british guitar revival sound has seen them support the likes of The Pigeon Detectives, Toploader, Kyle Falconer, The Blinders and Barns Courtney.
