Cureton

About

London-based electronic producer Cureton first debuted in 2015, with his re-work of Just Kiddin’s ‘Thinking About It’. This floor-filling, radio-ready bite of house quickly gained steam on a number of platforms and within just a year had gained over half a million hits. After this initial success, Cureton’s next release came in the form of a tropical influenced single with UK producer Tom Ferry. The single ‘Found It In You’ was quickly snatched up by the well-known Casual Jam Records and was released alongside a music video. Shortly after release, the track was being supported by a number of major DJs including the likes of Bakermat ad Sam Feldt. Jump to 2017 and Cureton teamed up with the well established Jyye to produce the single ‘Dreaming’. This single now having amassed over 5 millions streams online teed up Cureton for the perfect 2018. 2018 started with a bang for Cureton as his single ‘Lovesick’ was released on the very well established label ‘Selected’. Within just a year, ‘Lovesick’ has collected over 1 million streams on youtube and another 3.5 million on Spotify, whilst being featured on a number of Spotify curated playlists including 3 New Music Fridays and Germany’s viral top 50. To add to this, it has received a huge amount of support from some of the biggest DJs in the world including Tiesto and Hardwell. Jump forward to 2019 and Cureton now has official remixes for Professor Green, Rag’n’Bone Man, Not3s, Nicky Jam and J. Balvin under his belt. With a large amount of music ready to release and a number of shows lined up, 2019 looks to be the year that Cureton takes his first steps towards stardom.
