Since moving to Leeds in 2015, 21 year old multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Ed Allen has worked with a variety of artists across Leeds. He has become a regular on the Leeds music scene performing with various pop and soul bands as well as some of Leeds’ up and coming jazz musicians. In his solo project Ed Allen combines his influences and his background in Jazz to create an energetic fusion of Soul, Rock, Jazz and Pop.
Him and his band have played at venues such as The Brudenell, Hifi, The Lending Room, Sticky Fingers, Talking heads, the Joiners and the Boileroom as well as receiving radio play from stations such as BBC Leeds and Eagle Radio.
