We are Ed Strong a female fronted Alternative, Indie, Pop band based in Halesowen, in the West Midlands here in the United Kingdom. With a unique storytelling lyrical structure, indie guitar hooks, pounding drum beats and weird bass lines, we offer no apologies for making you want to dance.

Having formed in 2017, originally as a three-piece, we started playing around the local open mic scenes and writing music to lyrics Emily had in her arsenal. We had a few line up changes and due to career aspirations and personal reasons we were reduced to a three piece once more. On a dark cold evening in October our luck turned and we found Amy, finally completing our lineup. In December 2018 we released our first EP ‘It Is What It Is’ and we are currently focusing on writing and recording new songs, gigging far and wide, and creating a new logo to go with our new merchandise we should have soon for our hardcore fans.
