Swedish four-piece First Love are emerging on the hot Swedish music scene with a catchy pop soul sound to remedy the short days and long nights.  The band made their festival debut in front of 3 000 fans at Lundakarnevalen, then went on to play Stockholms biggest stage at Swedens largest one day music event. The band members from Sweden and England crossed paths in 2011.  Not until Autumn 2012 did the band begin songwriting and shaping a sound with influences from folk, pop, modern jazz and soul with an indie edge.  The sound blends trumpet, guitar, keys, harmonica, percussion and vocals.  First Love have been taking their music on the road since January 2013 and have performed shows that reach out to a wide ranging audience. In July 2014 First Love released their second EP recorded at Ljudbjörnen studios in Stockholm entitled ‘Hipster Free Party’.  The band has been commended by critics and audiences both for the intimate live shows and the studio recordings.
