FooN’s musical syle comes from the core of hard rock. The massive walls of sound with maximum guitar riffage on solid ground alongside graceful melodies creates what some might consider ‘stadium rock’. Audiences and reviewers have compared FooN to acts like White Stripes, Biffy Clyro and Paramore. But who says you can’t play stadium rock in a club?

Ever since the underground niche hit song “Salamanderen Niels” from FooN’s first DIY demo “Beginning” saw the light of day and spread like wildfire across Denmark the fan-base has grown to include people from all over the world, and the band’s music has reached far into especially Denmark and Britain both in the radio and on the live scene.

FooN have played live shows across a variety of venues, festivals and stages. From playing acoustically at Cheltenham Jazz Festival in England and impressing beer-sipping audiences at open mics, to supporting award-winning (DMA: best live act 2011) electro-rock band TURBOWEEKEND and playing tightly packed headline shows in Copenhagen. No two live shows are identical – every concert has a unique setlist, and FooN adapt to any stage and any audience, anywhere. FooN has proven to be a ebullient, potent, vibrant live band on the hard rock scene.
