Revolvers are a 4-piece indie rock band from London, England consisting of James Thurling (vocals/guitar), Will Oliver (backing vocals/guitar), Steve Morrison (backing vocals/bass) and Rhys Kibble (backing vocals/drums). Revolvers formed in 2016 at the University of West London. After releasing their debut EP Your Indie Heroes Will Betray You in January 2018, Revolvers gigged incessantly throughout the Greater London area playing such venues as O2 Academy 2 Islington, The Water Rats, The Troubadour, The Monarch, The Dublin Castle, The Underbelly, Nambucca, Spice of Life, Fiddler’s Elbow, The Finsbury and more. In June 2018, hungry to record and motivated by the positive feedback from Indie Heroes, Revolvers went into Kore Studios with producer George Apsion to record their second EP. After taking that summer off as a little hiatus, the band regrouped in September 2018 and continued gigging this time at bigger venues such as Camden Assembly, Notting Hill Arts Club, The Black Heart and more. This year is Revolvers year, having just released their first single off the Kore EP ‘True Love’ on the 20th February alongside a music video, the band have received tremendous and overwhelming reviews and responses from fans, critics and the industry alike. With 10,000+ streams in just under a month of it’s release (aided by being added to Spotifys playlists Fresh Finds and Fresh Finds: Six Strings) and a stellar music video with climbing views there’s nothing stopping the band from offering more amazing songs.
