With his soulful vocals and solid songwriting Sam Jackson is a dynamic Americana artist based in Birmingham. This past year has seen him go from strength to strength, headlining O2 Academy 3 among other Birmingham venues and playing his first show in Bristol supporting up and coming artist Mary Spender. He also released his debut EP ‘Strangers Again’ on New Street Records. At the beginning of summer 2016 he played on the mainstage at Valefest, Europe’s largest student run festival with 5000 people in attendance. His single ‘Emily’ has also been played on Radio 2 and BBC introducing. 2017 brings with it new music as Sam looks to release his second EP ‘This Is Our Year’ later in the Summer with the lead single ‘Family Tree’ releasing on 1st May.
