Tina Mali

About

Tina Mali’s sound can be likened to Kate Bush, Paloma Faith and Lana del Rey – blending pop hooks with a dynamic vocal delivery which seemingly moves the earth under your feet.
Right from the start of Tina’s music career she has gained a lot of touring experience alongside Joe Cocker and Morten Harket from AHA amongst other impressive acts, that has nurtured her expressive onstage persona and created a platform for strong musical development of some captivating songs filled with thoughtful and provocative lyrics.
Currently working on a new album, rich in rhythm, cinematic strings, chunky guitars and earthy drums Tina’s image is crafted to compliment this powerful collection of songs and sounds that can be described as filmic.
The debut album she wrote and produced is called Roots in a Torrent. The songs have got regular airplay on Radio FM4 and have gained celebrity fans such as Skin from Skunk Anansie.
