David Knight Benefit Show at The Camden Assembly

Hopeless Heroic were well on their way to becoming one the UK’s most promising punk rock bands with critically acclaimed releases in 2009 and 2012, a growing fan base of die-hard fans and a record-breaking tour in 2012. It was on their ‘200’ Tour in 2012, a tour that introduced bands such as Press to Meco and Fearless Vampire Killers to the touring scene. After a year of touring the band took a necessary break and in that time their Drummer David Knight was diagnosed as a Brain tumour. David gallantly fought the destructive cancer to what looked like a tremendous victory but unfortunately turned out to be a short truce as earlier this year the horrible disease returned. Sadly, in March this year David passed away while being comforted by his family, friends and Partner.

The band have decided to perform one last show to say their final goodbyes to their beloved drummer and raise money for David’s favourite charity ‘Shine Cancer Support’ who gave David support during his battle with cancer
