Officer was born into the rough and tumble of Paisley council estate life just outside of Glasgow. When he was five years old, he moved to Northern Ireland during the height of the troubles, spending many summers back on Scottish turf, a working class council estate-hopper. At this tender age Logan began writing short stories and poetry with illustration.
All of this has moulded the man and the artist into a vessel of deep waters with many a story to tell as his drama unfolds. His quirked writing and performing is a heady mix of intimate heart-breaking tales and pointed fast indie pop. His voice is completely disarming, utterly dynamic in its gentle power. In the midst of this he retains a sweet sense of humour and a hope in his demeanour and approach to his music and performances. Watching him can be unpredictable with the swerving unique energy he brings.
