Having staged some of the most prolific artists of recent decades, as well as an abundance of new and exciting music, Borderline delivers both excellence and innovation. Saturated in creativity, solid in substance, this iconic venue continues to attract the best of the best and HOT VOX never fails to bring this.
Headlining this carefully curated line-up is Scarlett Rose, a singer-songwriter, influenced by the upbeat, indie folk melodies of bands like Bombay Bicycle Club, and the carefully crafted songwriting of artists like Daughter and Laura Marling.
Main Support comes from 19 year old Pop/Soul female artist Tiggy. Hailing from Guildford, Tiggy produces original yet catchy tunes.
Nestling in the middle of this line-up we have McKenzie Brown. Taking influence from her childhood favourites No Doubt, Alanis Morissette and Garbage, McKenzie’s raw, uncensored style blends the sonic rock of her youth, with a fresh, pop edge.
Next on the bill is Abi Rose, born in Perth Western Australia, Abi is proof that taking a huge leap and moving to the other side of the world in pursuit of the musical dream, really does pay off!
Opening the night, we have Nia Ekanem, a musician and songwriter whose music has been described as sweet to the ears; inspired by John Mayer’s storytelling with the soulful sound of Marvin Gaye
This night is not to be missed with a stellar selection of HOT VOX artists taking to the stage at Borderline.
