Gecko Club came to life at the start of 2018. The 4-piece indie rock band hailing from London, own an exotic sound and play an energetic set with deep grooves and dreamy melody lines. Gecko Club have filled out various London venues such as O2 Islington and Hoxton Square Bar and had their first sold out show to a bustling Camden Assembly in January 2019. Debut single ‘High Flyer’ received airtime on ITV 1’s This Morning in February, on top of reaching the 50k stream mark on Spotify. Sophomore single ‘Rainbow’ is a crowd favourite with its addictive hooks and huge solos. 3-track EP titled ‘Roots’ released on Valentine’s Day marks the band’s first EP. It boasts summery, laid back grooves which melt you into your seat. The boys will continue touring to different cities throughout 2019 having had great reception on their first ventures outside of the capital.
Reckless Jacks are a young indie-pop rock band with an old soul. Matt (vocalist/guitar), Magnus (lead guitar), Cece (bass) and Dan (drums) came to Britain from all four corners of Europe – and found each other in London. Drawing from their different cultures and visions, this truly unique melting pot of talent makes songs that sit so comfortably inside you, you’ll think you’ve heard them somewhere before. This is strong, introspective music that harks back to a not so distant era when songs made you feel, get up and dance. Matt's coarse and powerful vocals will capture your heart – you’ll be humming their anthemic guitar riffs for days – and their emotive lyrics will take you on a journey steeped in melody.
Inspired by artists such as James Bay and Ed Sheeran, Italian singer-songwriter Paolo Lewis dropped out of medical school in Rome and moved to London to pursue his musical career. Paolo Lewis started by playing in front of a few people at local pubs and eventually it grew into important venues such as Cargo, The Bedford and even the International Youth Festival in Kingston. “Warrior From Mars” was his first release with more than 9,000 streams over all platforms and - together with his second single "The One Chance" - was featured on the radio. He loves to entertain his audience as much as he can, so be ready to sing with him, and expect a sore throat the day after his gigs!
Influenced by an eclectic mix of musical traditions, but focusing on song writing with an emphasis on strong melodic and harmonic phrasing, London band Karma Roulette began performing their brand of expansive and guttural guitar pop live in 2017. Gaining momentum and building fan interest with their captivating live sets, the band began releasing material in 2018 to enthusiastic reviews in London's alternative and indie music press.
WILL ROWE-PARR'S SONGWRITING IS AT LEAST THAT. POLITICS, FAMILY, LOVE AND HIS HOME-TOWN HAVE THE MOST INFLUENCE ON THE LONDONER'S STYLE. DEEP AND POWERFUL VOCALS, INTERTWINED WITH INTRIGUING GUITAR LAYERS ARE BACKED BY STYLISTIC BASS PATTERNS AND SOLID DRUM GROOVES. WILL'S LATEST TRACK, I'VE KNOWN IS JUST THIS: VOCALS AND GUITAR TAKE TURN LEADING THE MUSIC THROUGHOUT THE VERSES, BACKED BY CLEVER RHYTHMIC PARTS, PROVIDING THE GRIT AND KICK TO HIS VIVID LYRICS. WILL'S UNIQUE VOCALS DELIVER THE HEART-FELT CHORUS, ALMOST CHANTING 'KNOW THAT I HAVE KNOWN'.
WILL ROWE-PARR IS AN INDIE/ ROCK SINGER-SONGWRITER FROM LONDON. HAVING RECENTLY RECORDED A BRAND NEW CATALOGUE OF ORIGINAL MUSIC, HE'S GAINED SUPPORT FROM THE LIKES OF BBC INTRODUCING & SOFAR SOUNDS. WILL'S PLAYING HOXTON SQUARE BAR & KITCHEN ON 1ST FEBRUARY AND WILL SOON BE RELEASING MORE MUSIC.
