Micky Niner is a solo artist from London/Essex who recently hit the scene with two singles written, recorded and produced by himself. His set consists of classic indie original tracks as well as heavier rock songs. His songs 'Teenage Disaster' and 'VW Van' have received recognition from BBC Introducing Essex.
Lyena contrast catchy pop melodies with their abrasive energy, feeding you social commentary through hard-hitting rhythms and gritty vocals and blend influences from Rage against the Machine and Bloc Party, to Idles and Katy Perry. Joining forces from previous bands, Stendhal and ZUU, this high energy dynamic three piece present an undoubtably London sound with hooks that you can’t get out of your head.
“Catchy guitar riffs, and infectious melodies make CATALINA SKIES one of the capital’s best unsigned bands. A must see.” Loud in London, 2018
The four schoolmates from Colchester spent long summer holidays thrashing out their late teenage masterpieces in parents’ living rooms. School finished, different paths were followed, different towns became home and the band became little more than a precious gem of nostalgia.
Fast forward a decade or so, Ben, Michael, Dominic and Samuel met up under a railway arch in south London and set to work on new songs and formed the band you hear today. The deep rooted musical chemistry makes for a tight yet big sound. Using melody as the anchor, the self-exploratory lyrics run while the music meanders between snappy indie hooks and explosive hard rock. Sunday Arches offer a sonic spectrum while keeping one eye on the pop ideals.
LASHES are London's new purveyors of rootsy rock n' roll. Influenced by rock n’ roll icons The Faces, Bob Dylan and The Band,
LASHES bring new energy to the genre. Named on a night out on ‘the lash’,
these four London lads personify the meaning of the name, turning every show into a party.
So save the date, add it to your calendar, pin it on your notice board as you won’t want to miss this one.
