Moreish Idols are a psych-pop band based in Falmouth, Cornwall. Following the release of their EP earlier this summer, the band have been performing around the area making a name for themselves through their high energy gigs and feel good tunes.
BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Finalists, Gentlemen of Few, play an eclectic blend of indie-folk and classic rock with skilful vocal harmonies and powerful lyrics perform their music with a raw passion and intense energy hardly to be believed, giving them an almighty sound that they've coined as "Nugrass". A band with seven years experience of performing their shows to a plethora of welcoming audiences and dedicated fans across the UK in rooms and halls of both homeliness and esteem. The O2 Academy, Islington, The Royal Albert Hall, London and The Forum, Tunbridge Wells to name a few. The boys have found themselves at Tiree Music Festival; Secret Garden Party, Cambridgeshire; Boomtown Fair, Hampton and even supporting the likes of The Blockheads, The Beat and Hayseed Dixie! "Fusing an old time bluegrass sound with a youthful English vigour, impeccable harmonies and song craft way beyond their years. Mighty impressive." - Smugglers Records “So young yet so amazing” - Chris Evans, Radio 2 “Incredible live sound” - BBC Radio Kent Live
London based alt-pop artist, Foxgluvv self describes her music as ‘hungover-pop’, the perfect blend of slow-burning but upbeat, sluggish but fun, hungover but pop. She looks to combine the lyrics and aesthetics of modern left field pop music with a nostalgic detour to the 80s throughout her production, with Gay Times writing: “think Charli XCX meets the brashness of Lily Allen and Kate Nash, and you’re on the right track.”
Singer, songwriter and producer l o t t i e has come a long way since recording songs on a 4-track recorder in her bedroom when she was a child. From a young age, her infectious hooks and highly resonant multi-tracked vocals have been catching the ears of producers and artists alike, enabling her to perform alongside and work with artists such as Mumford & Sons, Michael Kiwanuka, Gabriel Wood (Team Salut) and Benjamin Francis Leftwich to name a few. Born into a musical household, writing and performing songs has always been second nature to her and -- in her own words -- something that has ‘always felt instinctual’. She has spent the last few years of her life following those musical instincts, honing her craft and is now set on sharing her creations with the world. 2018 marked the release of her first two singles, the innovatively self-written and produced 'Synchronicity’ and ‘Love You Now’. With a string of gigs in the pipeline to close out the year, and an insanely catchy third single on the horizon, the future is looking bright for l o t t i e.
PARADAS are a 4 piece Indie Rock band from Leeds who currently have our first release 'She' out now which has had good reviews from BBC radio Sussex and Surrey. Their new release 'White Flag' is also now available on all major streaming platforms!
So save the date, add it to your calendar, pin it on your notice board as you won’t want to miss this one.
