Aldo Couceiro is an Argentinian born and raised musician, based in London. Around August 2017, after working for a year and a half as a session guitar player for some bands of the London scene, he decided to start his own project called NÓMADE. It's an instrumental trio (guitar, bass and drums) that plays a fusion of Funk, Afrobeat, Reggae/Dub and Latin. The main concept of the band is built up around improvisation and the generation of a dancing mood. He was joined in this adventure by Matteo Grassi (Italy) on Bass and Yoann Julliard (France) on Drums. In 2017 NÓMADE did a residency in a venue at King's Cross, London called The Wine Stores, with a monthly jam session and a monthly gig. In 2018 they performed around diverse London venues such as Hootananny, Balabam, The Empire Bar(Hackney Empire), The Dolphin, Daffodil and also at El Emergente in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Blithe are a five piece, indie-punk band hailing from the waterfront city of Portsmouth, England. They bring strong and catchy guitars, thumping bass, grooving drum rhythms and powerful vocals all together to make a massive wall of sound. Blithe champion their own phrase “chaos and parties” to make clear their attitudes and the atmospheres for live performances. They liken their style of music to a range of bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Oasis and have some similarities to Royal Blood.
Sam Wilde is a Leeds based Singer Songwriter. His songwriting harks back to a style that was mastered by British bands in the 90s, showing the influence of his time growing up in Manchester, but is modernised by the rugged personality of his voice and strikingly delivered lyricism. The result is a sound that is finely poised between indie rock and Brit Pop, with roots of alternative and blues rock – all tied together with a dazzling pop sensibility. A clear instrumental proficiency gilds his tracks with unpredictability. But most of all, every note and every word is infused with an inimitable passion, his voice occupying a special space between a tender whisper and a savage roar.
Liars Teeth is a rock band hailing from London.
Alex (vocals) Josh (Guitar) Rico (Bass) and Russell (Drums) formed in late 2017 and began independently recording their EP by the start of the following year. Having only played a handful of shows in the last few months, Liars Teeth are already gaining a following on the London scene and have created a sound that can be compared to bands like Interpol, Fugazi, Queens Of The Stone Age and Radiohead.
Two piece band. Fast and furious garage rock. Based in London. From Ibiza and Bilbao. Always up for a pint and to start a cheeky revolution ;)
