Nobodies Birthday are a five piece indie rock band from Reading. The band have developed a large following over a few years of playing around the UK. In 2016 the band released debut album 'All You Ever Want is Everything' and following this received positive reviews before touring as support to platinum selling Leeds band, The Pigeon Detectives. The band started 2018 with a huge support slot opening for The Cribs at the Coventry Empire before entering the studio to record a three track single that the band release track by track, one a month, from October to December. This run of shows sees the band promote the singles and perform them live for the first time.
The four schoolmates from Colchester spent long summer holidays thrashing out their late teenage masterpieces in parents’ living rooms. School finished, different paths were followed, different towns became home and the band became little more than a precious gem of nostalgia.
Fast forward a decade or so, Ben, Michael, Dominic and Samuel met up under a railway arch in south London and set to work on new songs and formed the band you hear today. The deep rooted musical chemistry makes for a tight yet big sound. Using melody as the anchor, the self-exploratory lyrics run while the music meanders between snappy indie hooks and explosive hard rock. Sunday Arches offer a sonic spectrum while keeping one eye on the pop ideals.
Come at the King
three piece rock and roll band from London fusing American, bluesy rock and roll with British attitude. Started in East London in early 2018 with Max (guitar and vocals), Lauro (bass and vocals) and Cal (drums). Heavily inspired by the cool, heavy blues rock of White Stripes, Black Keys and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club but throwing in the British, aggression and attitude of early Arctic Monkeys and Oasis.
At once dark and summery sounds and atmospheres from a four piece based in Norwich. Indie rock/psychedelic/lo-fi and everywhere in between. Jams.
