Busto Power Trio

About

Busto Power Trio is an experimental rock band that blends surf, punk, and jazz — with style.

Born in late 2007 from the twisted minds of Tag (bass) and Migue (guitar), the band started experimenting and playing around with various music genres, mocking them with a highly unorthodox songwriting that's been compared to the likes of Frank Zappa, Mr. Bungle, Primus, Igorrr.

The Trio moved, in February 2014, to London, where it was joined by the multi-talented drummer Daniel. With this formation, the band started building a loyal fan base, and recorded two EPs: "The Deal" (April 2014) and "The Deal: Act 2" (February 2015).

After hitting several London venues and UK festivals, including the 229, the Passing Clouds, the Hootananny and Standon Calling, Busto Power Trio is bolder than ever, and ready to deliver what they do best: the soundtrack to a perverted, noir psycho thriller that will -hopefully- never be shot.
