Once dubbed a “mix between Blondie and The Smashing Pumpkins,” Eve Garland’s ever-evolving sound continues to draw on her disparate influences. With a background in both classical and jazz performance, Eve developed her musical stylings while living in Bristol, toying with trip-hop-influenced production and performing under a since-retired pseudonym. Eve Garland now steps forward using her real name, performing new material with four of her close friends and collaborators. Taking inspiration from the likes of The Cardigans, Kate Bush, and Fleetwood Mac, Eve continues to develop her own, unique sound; one that’s both old and new, incorporating the classical with the modern.
