BUZZKILL JOY is a genre-fluid lil punk in pink from Scunthorpe, northern England

Starting out in April 2023, he has released four singles, covering a wide range of hard-hitting topics such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, politics and society

His unique genre-bending sound, stark lyricism, and rousing energy have garnered him multiple spins on BBC Introducing, including a spin on BBC Radio 1 Introducing Alternative show for his single Tap (The F**k) Out

He was recently shortlisted for Y Not Festival, and also made it through to the live semi-finals of the Isle of Wight festival New Blood competition in April

In November he announced the formation of his band, with an epic year of explosive live shows planned to follow in the new year. The first being in January show at the iconic Fiddlers Elbow, Camden Town. Drawing on the likes of Kieth Flint, Yungblud, Green Day and MCR, the energy has to be seen to be believed
