Similar to Steve Lacy, niemba first began recording and producing tracks on GarageBand.

Their degree in Music Technology left them fascinated by the intricacies of music production and songwriting and has lead them onto producing their own tracks, two of which have been released on Spotify and Apple Music.

Having released “Cherry” and “Tuesday” niemba is now focused on polishing their mixes and keeping consistent.

They take influence from Sade, SZA, Hope Tala and Jhene Aiko and aim to capture listeners with smooth vocals and stories of love, loss and misery.
