Exploiting sounds within the machines themselves, twisting samples and spoken language; a nightingale sits somewhere between dark ambience, sound collage, electronic drone and hypnotic noise.
London based a nightingale creates music from audio manipulation, utilising atypical sound sources and techniques. They fail to make sense of the atomised world around us, their music plays with confusion, dread and that feeling you get when you’ve been doomscrolling for too long.
