Jade Liessa Wheldon is a multidisciplinary artist and activist working across film, music, visual art and movement. Shaped by her experiences in journalism, documentary filmmaking and international humanitarian fieldwork, her practice sits at the intersection of storytelling and social impact. Through cinematic, genre-blending and emotionally honest work that balances social witness with personal evolution, Jade creates space for reflection while inspiring dignity, courage and meaningful action. Her debut single, ‘Mangroves’, draws on her work with communities facing displacement along the west coast of Senegal and is available on all streaming platforms.
