Today’s Featured Artist Of The Day is Sophie Sutton

Sophie Sutton is acoustic pop with heart, humour and vulnerability. Blending bittersweet, carefully-crafted lyrics with a strong soprano voice and sophisticated guitar playing, Sophie is the cheeky wit of Lily Allen, the jazz stylings of Lianne La Havas, and today’s pop trailblazers like Chappell Roan.

Sophie’s written for other artists and sang for multiple global ad campaigns. She’s opened for Vulfpeck’s Theo Katzman, was selected to record a live session with audio company Libratone, and received support from Germany’s Initiative Musik for her EP, My Worst & Best.

Sophie has received multiple BBC Introducing plays and was spotlighted as a featured artist on the show in September 2025.
