Ashlie Skye, from South Africa, the Caribbean and London, follows the release of her debut EP, “In My Boat” (2024), with a new project inspired by 2000’s pop, Corinne Bailey Rae, Coldplay and Natalie Imbruglia, feeling straight out of a coming-of-age end-credit scene. She has opened for acts such as Eve Christina, Eden Rain, Leonie Biney and more. Ashlie’s songwriting optimistically tackles the troubles of the heart. A set of tracks to start your day with. Ashlie’s songwriting is fiercely forgiving to the ebs and flow of modern life, helping her audience embrace chaos with grace.
