RISING is a platform that showcases the very best in new music, whilst raising vital funds for War Child UK. Created by London music promoters, Hot Vox, RISING has raised over £432,000 for War Child UK through gigs, showcases & live-streamed performances.

Now, RISING is evolving into a national fundraising competition, seeking out the best RISING talent and providing them with opportunities to push their career to the next level, all whilst raising awareness and vital funds for War Child UK.

This July, Gemma is using her voice to support War Child UK, helping children whose lives have been affected by war.

Through two special events, she and many other emerging artists are coming together to raise funds and awareness—because every child deserves safety, hope and the chance to simply be a child.

📺 7 July – Live Online Broadcast
The journey begins on 7th July with War Child UK’s live online fundraising broadcast.

The event is free to watch and open to everyone, wherever you are in the world.

Enjoy live performances, discover inspiring young artists and join a community coming together through music for one important cause.

🎤 17 July – Rising Voices Live at TAM
The campaign continues on 17th July with Rising Voices, a live charity concert hosted by Gemma at Temple of Art & Music (TAM), Mercato Metropolitano, London.

She’ll be joined by an incredible line-up of emerging artists of all ages, all generously donating their time, talent and voices to support War Child UK.

The evening is about much more than music.

It’s about bringing people together around a shared purpose.

Throughout the event you’ll also be able to support the fundraiser by:

🎨 Commissioning a live portrait from our guest illustrator, who will be creating unique portraits of artists and guests throughout the evening. Every portrait purchased will directly support War Child UK.
