Matt Gresty

About

Matt Gresty is the namesake and frontman of soon-to-launch alt-rock band Gresty. Originally from Crewe in the North-West, Matt has worked as a session keyboard and guitar player across the South Coast and London since 2021. After years of helping other artists grow, Matt has decided to finally push his own songwriting into the limelight.

Sonically, Matt draws inspiration from a range of eras and genres, consolidating them in a sound reminiscent of 90’s Alt Rock but with clear nods to more modern sounds such as Big Thief, MJ Lenderman and Slaughter Beach, Dog.
