Making Waves today is a rising star in London, Ruby Hedges! 

Ruby Hedges is a 20 year old girl originally from Dorset but has moved to London to study Acting at The London College of Music.

She typically covers songs that are in the style of Jazz, blues and pop. She is currently working on original music, collaborating with other musicians.

Her influences include Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone.

She’s always had a passion for singing and has been performing since age 13, going from local performances in the South West of England to London. She has recently participated in the Hot Vox Open mic Night at the O’Neils Bar in Soho and her dream goal is to one day sing on the Royal Albert Hall.
