Lana MacIver, is a half Lebanese, half Scottish singer/songwriter based in London. From a very young age when she was sent to her room for misbehaving, Lana people watched from her window, spying on the neighbourhood boys on their bikes and the locals out and about their business, creating stories and songs about these people. Today Lana still watches people commenting on the society that she was brought up with in Beirut and the society she is now a part of here in London. Her songs are filled with satirical lyrics, mixed in with blues, burlesque and jazz melodies.
