Kate Miller

About

19 year old singer/songwriter Kate Miller started songwriting at the age of 9, drawing inspiration from the likes of the Buena Vista Social Club and Paco Pena. As Kate grew older, she began to find inspiration in an ever growing list of contemporary acts including London Grammar, Jessie Ware, Lissie and Lianne La Havas to name a few. In order to try her songs out Kate began performing at Open Mics near her home in North London where she was spotted by renowned Songwriter & Producer Barry Blue.

Kate's intricately woven lyrical style and haunting melodies did not go unnoticed and she is rapidly gaining fans in influential places. She is now singed to Karma Artists Management and is collaborating with an array of brilliant songwriters including Ed Harcourt (Paloma Faith), Jony Lattimer (Ellie Goulding), Nick Atkinson (Gabrielle Aplin), Jim Irvin & Julian Emery (Lissie), Jon Green (Ed Sheeran) and Jesse Quinn (Keane). Kate's vocals also appeared in the H&M Spring Ad Campaign, 2014.

Kate has just completed and released her debut E.P. “Neophyte” with producer Danton Supple (Coldplay X&Y, Ian Brown, Ed Harcourt).
