Ivanmore is a London based Soul/Funk/Neo Soul Singer/Songwriter and Guitarist influenced mainly by ‘old school’ sounds. Citing the likes of Curtis Mayfield, James Brown and Al Green all the way to D’angelo, Maxwell, Amel Larrieux, Adriana Evans etc…(long list) as people who inspire what he calls, ‘The Profound Getdown’. Whether on his own with Guitar or with his band collectively known as Ivanmore & The Groove Profound he/they intend bring back some of that old school taste and make the people ‘Getdown on the one’!
