Lily Agnès is a 19 year old Singer/Songwriter, born and currently based in London. Lily has always been surrounded and influenced by many varying styles of music. Queen, Lewis Taylor, Pink Floyd and Jamie Cullum; the artists she grew up listening to, have had a huge influence on the melodic style that she writes with. She has been playing guitar and writing original music for 5 years and at the age of 15 made her debut appearance at The Bedford in Balham, where artists such as Ed Sheeran have previously played. After developing her skills as a writer, Agnès focussed more on developing a clear musical style. Now her influences focus solely around Acoustic Pop and Jazz. Lily Agnès decided to improve her craft at songwriting at the age of 18, and began her studies at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, with alumni such as the band Daughter and Matt Maltease. In her first year, she decided to release a track called ‘Simple Story’ on Souncloud, and got a massive positive response. After working on new music for future, Lily Agnès released her debut single called Year or Two, which received 1000 streams in its first week of its release. It has also been played on Radio Warwickshire, and is featured on the Alpha Sessions November Playlist.
