Ethereal Nordic pop to bounce and float along to.

This Edinburgh (UK) based BBC Radio Scotland single of the week act, singer-songwriter Aino Elina is originally from Lapland, Finland. Intriguingly, Aino Elina sings in both her native Finnish and in English, combining enticing melodies with folky vocals to create luminous Nordic Pop.

Aino Elina has performed locally around Edinburgh since the release of her debut EP in 2018. She’s also taken part in international showcases and played at festivals including Kansai Music Conference (Japan), IMX (China), Eden (UK), Look into it (UK), Art Goes Kapakka (FI) and Because You are a girl (UK). 

She’s currently working on her debut long play.
