ZUDZ is left. Coming from a long history of improvised heavy psychedelia around Newcastle Upon Tyne, both Kit Endean and Mike Smith were looking for a change when first meeting in 2018. Sharing a love and knowledge of underground guitar music of all kinds, as well as a desire to play songs with endings – in 2022, the duo embarked on sorting out Kit’s collection of ideas and demos into playable material with lyrics. Adding bass with Fintan. 
The result is ZUDZ.
Through the hands, and filter, of ZUDZ – the inspirations from years of listening to music in all forms and banking lyrics and stories in memory informs these new anthems. The band lift the room and all who hear ZUDZ music. xox
