Careering through anthemic indie rock, tender folk, lush orchestral numbers and R’n’B-flecked floorfillers, Belonging – aka singer/songwriter Chris Patrick – has been busy in the last few months building a set full of eclectic DIY charm. There’s been plays on Radio X and Amazing Radio, support slots with English Teacher and Coach Party and gigs at London buzz venues like the Windmill and The Victoria, all helping to refine a live show founded on singalong choruses, fizzing energy and homemade slogan t-shirts.
