Butterjunk are a dreampop/ indie band who formed in Newcastle in 2018. After playing all over the North East for a couple of years, the band relocated to Bristol and have had success selling out shows in 2022. 

They have been featured on BBC Radio 6, BBC Newcastle and BBC Bristol. After their well received EP Normalised, the band have dropped their most recent single ‘face again’. It has been Described as a “fresh and vibrant guitar based pop anthem with plenty of retro vibes giving you that oh so sweet warm fuzz” by Its All Indie and as “dreamy indie rock, possessing a sound that feels both breezy and laid back” by Clout Magazine.

Butterjunk newest single Mona Lisa is out in July 2022.
