Following their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Late in the Day’ in 2019, with admirers such as Tom Robinson and John Robb, Cazimi are back with their new EP to be released through AWAL in April. The lead song Echo (unreleased) was mastered by the renowned Pete Maher and arranged by Cazimi and Steve Wallace of Penetration
Cazimi are looking forward to 2022 with gigs including an Alston Live headline slot and support shows with Punilux and Imperial Wax (formerly The Fall) and maybe the Isle of Wight festival.
Influences range from QOTSA, The Stranglers to John Barry and Erik Satie as well as a kindred respect for contemporary outfits like Pip Blom, Wet Leg, DC Fontaines and The Vaccines.
