In the summer of 2019 Tom Wood and Robin Coope decided to take their compositions onto the stage and began performing on the local scene in their native Leeds as an acoustic duo, honing and refining their act. Having both moved to Manchester for university, the duo are now based there and regularly perform with a bassist and a drummer during their high-energy shows characterised by infectious charisma and anthems you can’t help but sing along to. Having a wide range of influences, from indie rock, to pop and even to country, Champagne on the Rocks have created their own unique sound known for its catchy melodies and warmth.
