CRUZ are a 4-piece Indie-rock band from Sheffield. The band originated in 2020 when Sam and Tom started combining memorable lyrics with catchy guitar riffs when they first met at university. After coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic, the two looked to grow the band adding Ethan and Jamie to complete the 4-piece. CRUZ take influence from iconic bands such as, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, as well as more recent bands from a newer era of indie-rock in DMAs and Viola Beach. Since receiving an overwhelming response from their debut single ‘Life of Misery’ the band continue to polish their unique sound and deliver energetic live performances at various venues around the UK.
