Ellie Ford (harp and vocals) fronts a four piece band of multi instrumentalists who play a mix of modern and classical instrumentation. Taking influence from a range of genres, Ellie Ford has an edge and variation that cements her uniqueness in the alt-folk world. Ford's debut album 'The Other Sun' (Hidden Trail Records) was released in 2016, gathering support from BBC Radio 6 music and BBC introducing alongside appearances at Shambala, The Great Escape and Celtic Connections. Since then Ford has toured the UK and Europe with her band and performed at prestigious events including TEDx Brighton. 2018 sees Ellie Ford and her band back on tour in the UK and Europe building up to the release of her second album ‘Light Repeated’ on Lotte Records (Germany) in October 2018.
