Swedish born Thai musical artist Ethereal aka Warissara ‘Yui’ Karlberg hypnotizes her audience wherever she performs with her ‘haunting head voice’ and ambient guitar work inspired by the likes of Bon Iver/Justin Vernon and Anthony/Anohni & The Johnsons.
Her lyrics raise our awareness about certain aspects such as depression, anxiety, Aspergers Syndrome and her own experiences of what it’s like being a transgender woman.
As of July 9th, she was signed to a US label called XYYX Records, has released 3 singles with a third to follow as well as a tour and her self titled debut album came out on September 15th .
