London based folk band, not fishermen.

‘Evolution of Fishermen’ are a five-piece folk band, brought together by a mutual love of storytelling, unique harmony and original folk songs.

After having trained together as Actor-Musicians at university, the quintet formed in 2021 and have since embedded themselves in the London folk scene.The band have managed a successful string of gigs since forming including playing Green Note, Old Blue Last, The Crescent, Wilderness Festival, Deershed Festival & Sofar Sounds.

They released their debut EP ‘Days Like These’ in May this year and launched with a sell out a gig at St Bartholomew the Great’s church in London.
