Fly Trap Honey is Hendo, Etienne, Alex, and Pedro. The band formed in Durham in 2019, playing a handful of shows in Durham before entering an enforced live hibernation. An EP and single, Stolen Days, was recorded through the airwaves, and though they couldn’t play it live yet, it would become a fan favourite

Isle of Wight competition semifinalists in 2023 the band are back after a year out of the spotlight.
