George Le Blond James is a singr/songwriter based in Bethnal Green. They grew up in the East Midlands performing at every pub and festival that played music.
Using just their guitar, loop station, and effects pedals they create funk/blues/soul inspired tracks with memorable, story telling lyrics and catchy, atmospheric melodies.
George draws their inspiration from many artists and genres. Their biggest invluences being Childish Gambino, Gary Clarke Jr and Bon Iver.
George creates stories with their songs that they like to think linger with the listener after they’re heard them.
