Rising, independent Urban/Pop artist ‘Georgie Kay’ Georgie has been busy working on her new EP with her first urban/dance track, ‘New Day’ released on 5th April 2019 to over 8,000 listeners on Spotify. She teamed up with international multi-platinum award-winning songwriter Franceska Aeschlimann, whose credits include Russian superstar Valeriya (Billboard Russia #1, No. 3 UK Dance Charts), Petula Clark, Jermaine Jackson, Mario Frangoulis, and Winds Japan. She has also co-written with Chris Eaton (Cliff Richard etc), late Queen producer David Richards, George De Angelis (Seal), Rob Fusari (Lady Gaga), Ronan Park, Amino Idris, and multi-platinum producer Darren Martyn. Some of Darren’s UK previous collaborations include Tinie Tempah, Mo (Dance On My Own), Ironik, Kele Le Roc and Shola Ama.

Georgie teamed up with the exceptionally talented James Grover, a producer with a background at Peak Studios, one of the UK’s top recording studios. AM Studios’ director Amelia McCloskey co wrote and co produced bass heavy ‘Black Mamba’, inspired by the hit TV show Empire. The single also features Don Prada, a notable US rapper.

At the age of just 17 Georgie was selected to headline Wimborne Festival for her first gig, now at the age of 19, those gigs have given this new artist the experience and skills needed to hype an audience in any stadium. Between her sassy stage persona and her sultry vocals, best believe that you would not be disappointed.
