Hearthy (pronounced harth-y) is an indie-folk artist with Scottish and Polish heritage who grew up in the UK. She studied classical violin before picking up the guitar as a teenager, and since then has released three singles, two of which were co-produced with her brother Alasdair, with signature ethereal vocals, haunting melodies and rich textures. Heavily inspired by folk musicians such as Laura Marling, Billie Marten and First Aid Kit, she plays guitar, violin, viola and keys in her original music. Hearthy has supported Darcey Hope and Jethro Coups and made various festival appearances, including the Haslemere Fringe Festival and FUSE International Festival in Kingston.
