Hollie Haines, an alt-folk singer-songwriter based in London plays music of powerful and honest lyrics, teamed with delicately crafted melodies. Starting off in Cambridge she played the UK's largest one-day festival, Strawberry Fair, and since has been involved with The Coffee House Sessions, Oxjam and Sofar Sounds. 2018 is promising to be an exciting year for Hollie. After self releasing her Debut EP 'The Walls I Built' last year; a bridge between folk and rock music, tied together with hints of bluegrass and crystal clear, unspoilt vocals she chose to move from Leeds to make her mark in London. Her new single 'Keep Moving On' is coming out at the end of February which is a nod towards her country influences. When performing live, Hollie pairs her deeply emotive, honest lyrics with quips and anecdotes about the people and stories that have inspired her music, to give an enrapturing performance.
