Holy Fool was born from the mind of Lorne MacFadyen, blending elements of Alternative Garage Rock, Dark Country, 70s Americana with melancholic songwriting and dark humour in a folk soaked Scottish Rock n Roll sound.

A debut single ‘Winter Coat’ was released in June 2023 and became BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Single Of The Week’ as well as being played on BBC Radio 2. 

Soon to be followed up with the haunting ‘Queen of The Dead.

Following a London debut headline show at the George Tavern Holy Fool played their Scottish headline debut at Glasgow’s King Tuts Wah Wah Hut in September 2023.

Holy Fool’s debut album will be released in summer 2025.
