Huw Eddy & The Carnival are based in Leeds. The bands musical style lies between Folk Rock and Indie music, with a dash of blues thrown into the mix. This leaves us with a fun, fresh and very unique sound coming from young men sculpting songs with intelligent lyrics, powerful melodies. With influences ranging from ‘The Fleet Foxes’ to ‘The Black keys’ via ‘Gogol Bordello’, Huw & Co will at times have you stamping your feet, and at others leave you tearful. Playing with a band of three extremely talented musicians, they mix the high energy of the players with the incredible strength of Huw’s vocals. A highly promising act, their music has been played on respected platforms such as BBC Introducing and the Mark Forest National Show.
